Easy Scan can be defined as the scanning starting point! After having scanned an « entering » document it will be easily available to retrieve, either with an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or an ICR (Intelligent Recognition of hand written characters) as well as bar codes. This provides a solution for a specific number of documents , it is the basic level of document management. Passed a certain volume, it becomes imperative to index or classify all documents in order to quickly and easily retrieve them electronically.
